• Where is the store based?

• COVID-19

  Due to Covid-19, mail is being severely delayed during transit and at customs. First class shipping taking anywhere from 5 - 20 days within the USA. If you would like Priority shipping (under 8 days these days and some people find it to be lost less often) please purchase the "Upgrade Shipping" link. Please keep an eye on your tracking number - USPS has a convenient app that can track your package.

  Many International orders are lost or rejected at customs - it will depend on which country you are from and what the postal status is. If your country is considered blocked or severely delayed, I may send you a message, refund, and cancel your order.

  I also take this pandemic seriously and stay home, limiting my exposure to the public, and wearing a mask when going out to essential tasks. Stay safe everyone.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  **Restictions apply: please see Covid-19 update.** Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your order (before shipping). Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you need it by a specific date please leave a note with your order. I use USPS First Class which also includes a tracking number. If you would like Priority shipping (2-3 days) please purchase the "Upgrade Shipping" in my shop.

• My order is lost or my address is wrong.

  If I haven't shipped it yet, it's an easy fix! Always double check your address. If it's already shipped to the wrong address, I'm so sorry about that because there's nothing I can do - you can try to set up a forwarding address service with USPS or get in contact with whoever lives there. With any luck they will "return to sender". You will need to pay for shipping the second time - I simply can't absorb those costs as a new small business, I'm not Amazon. In any case, please contact me right away - sometimes I mark as shipped and then take the orders to the post office the next day.

  As of yet, no order has been lost during transit.

• What else should I know about shipping?

  For large prints or large originals the size of the tube is dependent on size and paper type. Some originals are on thicker watercolor paper and rolling them up is extremely difficult (and therefore bumped up to a larger tube). Upon receiving your package I recommend immediately unrolling and (on a clean, flat surface) carefully roll it in the opposite direction, loosely at first to avoid creasing then gradually tighter if needed until it lies flat again. Keep the edges lined up and pressure even across cupped hands (do not press with fingertips or a flat hand). Framing can also get "mostly flat" to "absolutely flat".

• Can I request a print of "this on IG/tumblr/your site"?

  Absolutely! Any painting or drawing of mine that's on my IG, tumblr, or website is available. Chances are I already have a nice digital copy of it (but print size options will depend on this) and will make a print upon request.

• Can I get a tattoo of your work?

  If you want a tattoo of something I've already made, please contact me first! Permission and consent are important and without it you are stealing my art and infringing on my copyrights (aka it's illegal). If I agree to it, I ask that you pay a usage fee- you will also receive a high resolution image so your tattooer can work from a quality source.

  I am also available to create a tattoo specifically for you. Commission rates apply. Please contact me to discuss.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
